LCT Forever / Jhatpat Service

1. General Terms and Acceptance

Agreement: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between LCT Forever Enterprise (referred to as "Company," "We," "Us," or "Jhatpat Service") and any User or Direct Seller (referred to as "You").

Acceptance: By registering an account, utilizing any Service provided through the Jhatpat App or website, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

2. Services

Service Platform: The Company operates a local search and transaction platform (Jhatpat Service) enabling Users to connect with third-party service providers ("Vendors") across various categories.

Limitation of Liability (Services): The Company is an aggregator and

facilitator. We do not guarantee the quality of the services provided by third-party Vendors. Users utilize Vendor services at their own risk. The Company's liability is strictly limited to issues arising directly from the use of the Jhatpat platform itself.

3. Direct Selling and Referral Program

Direct Seller Status: grants you the status of a Direct Seller within the LCT Forever Referral Program,

Compliance: The Referral Program is governed by the Direct Selling Rules, 2021, and is not a money circulation scheme or pyramid scheme.

4. Financial Clauses

Payment Processing: The Company utilizes secure third-party payment

gateways for all transactions (Jhatpat Mall purchases). The Company is not responsible for technical failures of the payment gateway.

Commission Payouts: Referral Bonuses will be calculated and disbursed as

per the Company's monthly/weekly/real-time payout cycle, after deducting all applicable taxes (TDS) and administrative charges.

5. Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution

Grievance Officer: The Company shall maintain a dedicated Grievance Redressal Officer whose details (Name, Contact, Address) will be posted on the official website/App.

Resolution Timeline: All user and Direct Seller grievances will be

acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within a maximum of 30 days from the date of lodging.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a legal dispute, the parties agree to first pursue amicable settlement through mediation. If unresolved, all disputes

shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Delhi, India, where the Corporate Office is registered.
